Business Systems Analyst for JP Morgan Asset Management. Assignment involved the replacement of the legacy portfolio accounting system, Client and Regulatory Reporting, and Performance System.- A lead analyst responsible for a majority of the business analysis, functional specifications, testing and conversion for Investment Management technology. Systems included Eagle STAR / PACE Accounting System, Client Reporting, and XAMIN as the Performance System.
- Eagle experience included deployment of over 30 separate feeds including security master, transactions, positions, client and account data.
- Understanding of the software development and project life cycles.
- Interfaced with business users and Technology teams to prepare and update Functional Requirements Documents.
- Specialized skills in Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Timeline Charts, and Data Modeling by making use of UML.
- Experience in data element mapping
- Provided guidance to Junior Analysts and developers, and was involved in a volunteer mentorship program for recent graduates.
